PRINCIPAL

As one of RIM’s very first employees, Eric spearheaded the opening and strategic development of RIM’s offices in Guam, California and Hawai`i, playing a key role in establishing RIM’s presence in the Pacific Rim. Eric has been the Managing Principal of Guam, Hawaii, and San Francisco offices. Eric is passionate about working closely with clients, developing the project vision, ensuring that projects have creative design solutions and that they are organized for successful project delivery. With over 39 years of experience, Eric is accomplished in many facets of architecture including design, project management, finance, and business development. Eric easily adapts to whatever situation he is in and takes great pleasure in providing creative solutions to challenging and multifaceted projects. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Nebraska.
