Kevin Wilcock utilizes his 30+ years of experience in architecture and planning to spearhead RIM’s multi-family affordable and market rate housing services. Kevin’s portfolio of work includes more than 30 mixed-use, multi-family housing development projects totaling over 3,000 housing units. His experience in mixed-use projects includes retail, restaurants, neighborhood community centers and child care development facilities. Many of these projects have received national, state and local awards including awards from American Institute of Architects (AIA) Housing and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) awards.
Kevin has been actively involved in AIA for 23+ years and is a member of the advisory group for the AIA National Committee on Design and was the founder of the Housing Committee for the AIA Honolulu Chapter. Kevin became a LEED Accredited Professional by U.S. Green Building Council in 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon.
