Michelle is defined by her focus on excellent architecture and project delivery. Her disciplined nature and attention to detail has been a cornerstone in her role as Managing Principal of RIM’s San Francisco office. She is client-focused and a creative problem solver, with nearly 20 years of experience in alternative project delivery methods including Design/Build. With an interest in sustainability, Michelle is a LEED AP, often acting as the Project Administrator for LEED certification. Michelle serves on the Advisory Board for the School of Architectural Engineering at California Polytechnic School, San Luis Obispo (CalPoly SLO), focusing on developing an interdisciplinary curriculum within the school of architecture, engineering and construction management. She has a Bachelor of Architecture from CalPoly SLO and is a certified Interior Designer.
