PRINCIPAL

With over 40 years of experience in construction and construction management, Tim is defined by his determination to uphold RIM Architects’ position as a leading design firm in Guam and Micronesia. Prior to moving to Guam in 1991, Tim worked 10 years as a construction supervisor, and remains active in the construction industry as well as the art community. His responsibilities involve all areas of project management including client relationships, team leadership, design development, construction documents, master planning, and construction administration. Through his skilled project management experience, Tim effectively merges the multiple components of design and delivery to successfully convert a client’s vision into a reality. He holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Painting and Photography from Pratt Institute.
