Nestled in the serene foothills of Yoña, Guam, is the LeoPalace Resort. The resort grounds are fit to accommodate the needs of any traveler, whether on business, family vacation, or a short sporting trip. LeoPalace 21 sought the help of RIM to develop designs to upgrade and renovate the resort. The design includes remodeled guestrooms, an executive lounge, a new lobby, spa area, upgrades to the bus waiting area and the golf clubhouse to full re-branding of the resort; RIM has been involved with every aspect of this project. RIM also worked with a local real estate appraisal company, to conduct a market feasibility study to assist the client in developing the cost to develop new multi-family duplexes on the property. The option to build duplexes will expand LeoPalace Resort’s offerings to attract additional clientele and additional revenue for the client, and will maximize usage of the resort property.
