Alicia Deschamps, AIA LEED Green Associate

ASSOCIATE

Alicia is a registered architect who brings ten years of progressive design and project management experience in a range of project types for new construction and renovation/expansions. Her experience includes design-build projects for high-profile clients such as United Airlines and prominent utility firms. 

As a LEED Green Associate, she played an integral role in the creation of RIM’s first ground-up LEED project in San Francisco, as well as the first ground-up building in Northern California to achieve Delos WELL Certification, a performance-based building rating focused on human wellness.   

Alicia is a member of the AIA and an active committee member in CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) San Francisco Chapter. She was recently recognized at the Northern California Real Estate’ Women of influence Award as a 2019 Rising Star for her leadership skills. Alicia thrives in leading teams towards successful project completion, working with honesty, quality, and most importantly, humor.
