MANAGING PRINCIPAL – GUAM

Brent has more than 39 years of experience in architectural design and management. His work includes detail-oriented retail, regulatory-oriented medical, security-focused federal work, as well as mixed-use. As Managing Principal of RIM’s Guam office, Brent focuses on the development of local strategic practices and policies, and he actively maintains a pool of talent and expertise. Brent is a strong advocate of partnering among developers, designers, engineers, and contractors to effectively serve RIM’s clients across markets. He is a strong advocate of accessibility and sustainability, and a local leader of code implementation as past Chairman of the Guam Building Code Council for over ten years. His portfolio includes design and coordination of retail stores in DFS Guam and Saipan, which include brands like Chanel, Gucci, and Louis Vuitton. Brent has completed successful projects for the Department of Defense, FBI, ICE, and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection. As Managing Principal, he supervised and participated in the management of the Tsubaki Hotel, Matson, Personal Finance Center, and many other projects.
