Michelle is defined by her focus on excellent architecture and project delivery. Her disciplined nature and attention to detail is a cornerstone in her role as Managing Principal of RIM’s Western Region. She is client-focused and a creative problem solver, with more than 30 years of experience in alternative project delivery methods and a focus in design-build delivery.  Michelle is a LEED professional who is determined to integrate sustainable practices in each project utilizing a sensible approach. She is active in DBIA (Design-Build Institute of America) and CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) with a focus on leadership enhancement and mentorship.  Michelle earned a Bachelor of Architecture from CalPoly SLO and is a certified Interior Designer.
