David W. Ziemer, AIA NCARB PMP LEED AP BD+C
David has more than 20 years of architectural experience and holds a successful track record of working on multiple projects for the Anchorage School District, State of Alaska, National Park Service, Federal Aviation Administration Association, United States Corp of Engineers, and U.S. Forest Service as well as various small-scale projects. He has managed and designed projects from schematic design through construction administration. During his 18 years’ experience with RIM, he has provided project management for dozens of renovations, remodels, rehabilitation projects, and new construction facilities.
In 2013, David achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) accreditation. The PMP exam is administered by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and evaluates project management professionals based on experience, knowledge, and performance. Requirements include at least three years of project management experience, including 4,500 hours of experience leading and directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
