MANAGING PRINCIPAL – HAWAI’I

Eddie is a passionate team builder and leader who believes that a solid understanding of construction is critical to becoming a better architect. He learned about construction contracts, methods, risk mitigation, and cost with large construction firms and as a Navy Civil Engineering Corps Officer. At RIM, he leads a wide range of project types including healthcare, hospitality, military, industrial, commercial, retail, and residential. In a unique departure that adds a balanced perspective, Eddie learned the art of public diplomacy while working for U.S. Department of State at U.S. Embassies in Turkey and war-torn Sudan. Blending construction and military experience, strong leadership and management skills, and tactful diplomacy, Eddie focuses on strengthening and building RIM’s team of talented architects in Hawai’i in close collaboration with RIM’s other offices. He enjoys community service and is active in local chapters of AIA, DBIA, SAME, AFCAC, Navy League, and U.S. Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Council.
