Louie Garcia brings 20 years of experience in staff management, contractual proficiency, and demonstrated problem-solving skills. Throughout his professional career, he has participated in all phases of project development including client contact, specification preparation, design development, construction drawing preparation, value engineering, cost analysis, and construction observation.  

Louie is a hands-on leader whose technical expertise and intimate knowledge of building systems and their associated costs makes him a valuable member of each project team. His diverse portfolio includes entertainment, hospitality, retail, commercial, office, residential, higher education, and mixed-use projects.
