MANAGING PRINCIPAL – WESTERN REGION

Michelle is defined by her focus on excellent architecture and project delivery processes. Her disciplined nature and attention to detail are a cornerstone in her role as Managing Principal of RIM’s Western Region. She is client-focused and a creative problem-solver, with more than 30 years of experience in alternative project delivery methods, and a focus on design-build delivery. Michelle is a LEED professional who is determined to integrate sustainable and resilient practices in each project utilizing a sensible approach. She is a certified DBIA professional (Design-Build Institute of America) with a focus on leadership enhancement and mentorship. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Architecture from CalPoly SLO and is a certified Interior Designer.
