As a mentor to the design leaders in RIM’s Guam office, Phill is a champion of the collaborative design process and team building. His understanding of building systems and construction technologies in tropical environments fuels his ability to apply comprehensive quality assurance for projects in the Pacific region. With his expertise in design-build projects and Department of Defense requirements, Phill has been a driving force behind the development and excellent reputation of RIM in this market. His vast portfolio includes award-winning projects completed for various U.S. military installations and federal government agencies in Guam, Micronesia, Japan, and Korea.
