PRINCIPAL

Scott Bohne joined the firm in 1989, became an Associate in 1994, an Associate Principal in 1999, and a Principal in 2001. Scott, a licensed architect with 42 years of experience in Alaska, has extensive experience in complex technical design and documentation for a wide variety of facilities, including historically significant buildings. He is a Certified Specifier and a Certified Construction Contract Administrator by the Construction Specifications Institute. Scott has designed many tenant improvements and roof replacement projects for which permits were obtained without one Building Safety review comment. His knowledge of the building code, and open dialog with building safety allows him to identify and resolve code related issues before they become problems. Using his understanding of the building code, he has conducted seminars for other designers. Scott provides quality control reviews for many of the firm’s projects, as well as peer reviews for documents produced by other architectural firms.
