FOUNDER AND CHAIR OF THE BOARD

Larry Cash’s career life calling is excellent Architecture and the work of RIM. His mission is to see RIM achieve its vision as the trusted design partner providing inspired solutions, enriching communities across continents. Larry founded RIM Architects in 1986, and as Founder and Chair of the Board, his practicing philosophy continues to be at the heart of RIM’s work. This philosophy encompasses commitment and respect for the client, their project, and ultimately, those who will live, work and play in the buildings, all while designing buildings that are aesthetically interesting, functionally appropriate, and technically enduring in its respective climate.  

In May of 2016, Larry was inducted into the American Institute of Architects College of Fellows. “This honor was made possible by the focus and disciplined work of all of RIM’s partners and employees, everyone. Thank you!” – Larry Cash.
